CampAssist created a social platform to boost student productivity and success. With continued mentoring, they have grown their community, been selected for the prestigious Nest i/o technology incubator, received financial credits and expect to expand their reach to students across Pakistan.
This one-woman team created a platform for students to share items to reduce waste. Now she’s ready to embark on the next adventure with her solution. Just 20, since Red Bull Basement she has also become a key part of initiatives for women in tech and a well-known role model in New Zealand.
The 2019 global winners from Austria realized a unique solution for students to create, share and listen to audio learning content in one application. They are now taking their idea even further by launching their first-ever global pilots with Cisco and Red Bull.
Creators of a floor-grid system that converts energy from walking into electricity, after the Global Workshop the Indian team was invited to a boot camp powered by Google. Local experts are providing support and tech advice, while media connections get their idea out to potential investors.
This team from Canada built a VR application that empowers students to overcome anxiety. Since refining their concept at the Global Workshop, they’ve been the subject of media articles and an inspiration to other student entrepreneurs. Their beta phase is live on SideQuest now.
The team from Russia built a one-stop app solution that rewards students for recycling. From ongoing app development to becoming the face of tech in local media, the team is now heavily involved with this year’s edition, ready to inspire the next generation to bring their tech ideas to life!
